A: Have you tried the Japanese supermarkets? Meidi-ya at Liang Court or Isetan at the basement of Shaw House should stock it.

The Bacon Dashi sounds interesting. Do you use the bacon in place of the Katsuobushi?
i think aji no moto (or was it dashi no moto) has a drawing of a fish on it.
oops, just had to go to the store becasue I forgot to save some sake for my niban dashi haha !
