With the daughter of Terri already known for its production of raw milk from the family farm of 25 cows, parents Ed and Nancy Lawton started the Foxboro Cheese Co. last summer. The Lawtons offer their cheeses in their shop opposite the historic farm on North Street, and in some local farmers markets, including the one now held Sunday afternoon at the farm Attleboro. In a medium skillet, cook bacon over medium e until crisp. Transfer bacon to paper towels. Pour off all but 1 tablespoon bacon fat from skillet. Add shallots to skillet and sauté for a minute.Add asparagus and cook over medium-high heat until asparagus is tender-crisp, about five minutes. Remove from heat.
